Who we are
Swiss Cottage Taxis is a local cab booking service with its office at Regency Lodge on Adelaide Road, London NW3 5EE, a short walk from Swiss Cottage station. We are a cab facilitator: we take your booking, agree the fare with you and pass the journey to a licensed minicab or taxi service provider who carries it out.
This means you have one place to book, whether you need a short ride to the O2 Centre on Finchley Road, a car to King's Cross, or an early start to Heathrow. Our job is to make sure the right car is sent at the right time, and that both you and the provider are treated fairly.
Where we operate
Most of our journeys start in Swiss Cottage and the neighbouring parts of north-west London, including Hampstead, Belsize Park, St John's Wood and West Hampstead. How we work

- You see the fare. Fares are fixed when you book, so they do not change if the traffic is heavy.
- We confirm. You receive a booking confirmation with your journey details.
- Your car arrives. A licensed driver collects you at the agreed time. For airport pick-ups, flights are tracked and meet and greet can be arranged.
Vehicles and services
Depending on your group and luggage, we can arrange a saloon, an estate car, a 6 seater taxi or a 7 seater taxi. Child seats are available on request, and you can pay by card or cash. Specialist services include our school run taxi, pet friendly taxi and hotel transfer taxi.
